The method to the madness.

Every company does things a little differently. Some methods are more efficient and effective than others. We're pretty proud of our process. Here is how we approach your work:

#1: Research Phase

One thing that all web, print and multimedia projects have in common is audience. It's necessary that we work with our clients before we start on a project to identify the end user. Customers, technicians and sales reps all have different connections to your company and therefore are in need of different information. During the research phase we work with our clients to identify these audiences and decide the best way to approach a project.

#2: Design Phase

Brainstorming and mock-ups. Every project starts with this phase. This is the time when most of the communication between the client and us takes place. It's necessary to discover the purpose of the project. For example, "What do you want the website to do for you? What is the purpose of the catalog?"

#3: Development Phase

Ideas » Visualized. Now is when the project really starts to take shape. As a team we collaborate and divide tasks to make sure each client's project(s) gets completed efficiently. This saves us time and you money.

#4: Implementation Phase

The Show. After we complete a project for a client, we don't just hand it off and are never to be seen again. We're around. Call or e-mail us. For example, in addition tocreating a websitefor your company we can take things one step further andfully optimizethe site for search engines like Google, Bing or Yahoo!. We can also monitor web traffic and other analytics to see how people are getting to your site, how long they stay and what they're doing while they are there.
